Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund.
Cleaning practices
- Cleaned with disinfectant
- High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets)
- All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF
Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

What are some of the best restaurants & activities in Hanalei Bay?
1 Kitchen below our unit is a wonderful fine dining option that has a wonderful view of the bay. If you are the sushi type, Hanalei Dolphin has amazing fresh sushi. Some fun activities on the island include kayaking down the Hanalei River or tubing down the sugar canes at the Kauai Backcountry Adventures. During the winter months Hanalei Bay is known for having some of the best surfing.
Does our your unit have beach access?
Yes, there is walking path down to the Pu’u Poa Beach. Golf carts rides are available or it is a 6-8 walk down. There is great swimming and snorkeling right out from the beach. It has also incredible view to the mountains.
Is there beach supplies included or should we buy at Costco before we arrive?
Yes, we have Tommy Bahama beach chairs and an umbrella. We also have boogie boards available for use as well as Yeti coolers to bring your lunch down to the beach with you. If you are interested we also have tennis rackets and balls.
What supplies are in the house?
The kitchen is stocked with spices and pans. There are hand towels and paper towels provided. There are laundry pods and dishwasher pods available for you during your stay. We also have binoculars to look at the waves and board games to enjoy. We want to make it feel like you are at the comfort of your home.
Do you rent out your condo as only a one bedroom?
Unfortunately we do not as all the rooms having connecting doors. There are three bedrooms with a living room and kitchen. Each room also has a lanai with outdoor furniture to enjoy watching the waves and sunsets.
